Rights Granted:

  • Use of content in one platform or project

  • Non-exclusive license

  • Attribution required

Suggested Fee Range:

  • $50 – $100 USD (one-time fee)

Tier 2: Influencer/Content Creator License

Ideal for:

  • Social media creators (10k – 100k followers)

  • Monetized YouTube/TikTok/Instagram channels

  • Independent podcasters, streamers, or small publishers

Rights Granted:

  • Use of content on multiple platforms (up to 3 specified)

  • Commercial monetization allowed

  • Attribution required unless waived with premium pricing

Suggested Fee Range:

  • $250 – $500 USD (annual license)

Tier 3: Professional/Brand License

Ideal for:

  • Influencers or businesses with >100k followers

  • Established publications (digital magazines, astrology sites, etc.)

  • Use in marketing campaigns or paid advertising

Rights Granted:

  • Multi-platform usage (social, blog, site, promotional materials)

  • Non-exclusive license

  • Option to waive attribution with premium fee

  • $750 – $1,500 USD (annual license)

Tier 4: Exclusive Commercial License

Ideal for:

  • Major brands or large-scale content creators

  • Publishers seeking exclusive rights for print or digital books

  • Companies incorporating astrology content into products/services

Rights Granted:

  • Exclusive usage rights for the licensed content

  • No attribution requirement unless agreed

  • Broad commercial distribution allowed

Suggested Fee Range:

  • $2,000 – $5,000+ USD (custom-negotiated, one-time or annual)

  • Renewal Terms: Default to annual unless negotiated otherwise.

  • Attribution: Required unless waived for an additional fee (e.g., +20%).

  • Bulk Content: If a client wants ongoing content licensing (e.g., 10 readings/month), we can create a discounted package or retainer payment to cover these licenses.
