All astrology readings, charts, reports, or other customized digital products are created specifically for you.

Under U.S. law and EU/UK consumer protection directives, customized digital goods delivered in a completed format are not eligible for return or refund once the encrypted document has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that once the customized product is delivered, it cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
2. Refunds Prior to Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before the encrypted documents are delivered, you may request a refund.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
